Unless stated to the contrary and or quoted in writing - all products and machines are sold without warranty.(actual or implied).

(Note :  No dirt bikes in there day as supplied by maico or there agents or even today with modern mass produced machinery  have a warranty as they are used on occasion for "extreme sports" motocross and maico are as we know vintage bikes of an age and are really for restorative purposes unless written in the agreement to the contrary on the invoice as a race prepared bike/machine  for race use.

All prices quoted are fixed for 7 days only due to fluctuations on exchange rates.

All products and services are for restorational use only (unless contracted to the contrary)we DO not test welds on frames without ultrasounds or test engine materials/or products that may be 30 years old what we can say we will visually check all items and ensure they are supplied to the best of our ability again unless stated to the contrary in writing or contracted to do so.

Payment for goods is in advance.

Delivery is quoted always extra.

We do our best to precure parts but as these become rare we will take on occasion time to locate and import these parts you do have our promise of best endeavours and a quality product.

returns if agreed are subject to a 20 % restocking charge and a credit note supplied for future purchases goods must be returned within 7 days and in new condition.
